**India Tour Bus - Terms and Conditions**
1. **Booking and Reservation:**
a. To secure a reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total tour cost is required.
b. Full payment must be made at least 30 days before the tour departure date.
2. **Cancellation Policy:**
a. Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour departure date will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
b. Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the tour departure date will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
c. Cancellations made within 14 days of the tour departure date are non-refundable.
3. **Tour Itinerary:**
a. India Tour Bus reserves the right to alter the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or unexpected closures of attractions.
b. Any changes to the itinerary will be communicated to the participants in a timely manner.
4. **Accommodation:**
a. Accommodation is based on double occupancy. Single occupancy may be available for an additional fee.
b. India Tour Bus will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special requests, but cannot guarantee them.
5. **Transportation:**
a. India Tour Bus is not responsible for delays or disruptions in transportation services, including flights, trains, or other modes of transportation.
b. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary travel documents, such as passports and visas.
6. **Health and Safety:**
a. Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the tour.
b. India Tour Bus is not liable for any illness, injury, or other medical conditions that may occur during the tour.
7. **Insurance:**
a. Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost or damaged belongings.
8. **Liability:**
a. India Tour Bus is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred by participants during the tour.
b. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
9. **Code of Conduct:**
a. Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow participants, tour guides, and local residents.
b. India Tour Bus reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior without a refund.
10. **Complaints and Disputes:**
a. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the attention of India Tour Bus during the tour for prompt resolution.
