1. Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are eligible for cancellation requests made within 30 days from the date of booking.
- To be eligible for a refund, the tour must not have commenced, and the cancellation request must adhere to the specified timelines.
2. Refund Timelines:
- Refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of receiving a valid cancellation request.
- Please note that the processing time may vary based on the payment method and financial institution involved.
3. Cancellation Procedure:
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@indiatourbus.com.
- Include the booking reference number, the name of the tour, and the reason for cancellation in your email.
- Our customer service team will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and guide you through the cancellation process.
4. Refund Amount:
- The refund amount will be determined based on the following:
- Cancellation requests made within 15 days of booking: Full refund, excluding a 5% processing fee.
- Cancellation requests made between 16 to 30 days of booking: 75% refund, excluding a 5% processing fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 30 days from the booking date.
5. Non-Refundable Situations:
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations made after the tour has commenced.
- Any additional services or add-ons purchased separately are non-refundable.
6. Exceptional Circumstances:
- In cases of unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control, India Tour Bus reserves the right to assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
